EXO is a 6 year group in kpop, and they're still making music; we're expecting a comeback from them in mid-late September, and we're really excited to see what direction they go this time. They have a tendency, as you noticed, to play around with what genre of music they do. But you can always tell a song is an EXO song; not even just because they have some really unique voices. EXO is respected for their vocals; their harmonies are always amazing & plentiful. Nearly half of the nine current members have done musicals; their leader (the one from the acapella clip) is currently starring in The Man Who Laughs. Two of the members(Baekhyun and Chen) only had months of training before EXO's debut; their vocals were strong enough for the company to go ahead and debut them in EXO & make them main vocals. The company EXO is from, SM Enterteinment, is known for putting a heavy emphasis on the vocal talents of their artists and putting them through harsh training. D.O is known for effortless runs and a very R&B sounding voice. Xiumin, who's not even a main vocalist, has an exceptionally high range. Even EXO's rappers have good vocals.

Yes they are a group called exo (obviously haha) and they are still making music, there were 12 of them in the beginning and they were subdivided in exo k (meaning korean) and exo m (meaning mandarin) so they always had 2 languages versions of their songs...but them 3 Chineses boys got out of the band for various reasons and in the moment there’s 9 of them (only 1 Chinese left)... they have amazing songs and there are know for their powerful vocals since of 9 of them 2 are rappers and one that is the one who was singing all of me how you saw can perfect sing so is awesome cause how you say...I lot of qualities and textures to play and combine... their harmony is fascinating... (they are having a comeback this next month and we are really excited...) but anyways I really recommend their song “my turn to cry” is not one of their most famous songs but I love it because of their harmony and vocals and It’s a hole experience to listen to it (Sorry for my English I’m Brazilian and any doubts... please ask I’ll be happy to answer)

And Jonghyun especially helped training EXO vocally and even directed some of their recordings & wrote songs for them We sadly lost him in december but he and SHINee as a whole had a huge impact on the K-Pop industry in many aspects

Jung Joonyoung is the singer of a rock band called Drug Restaurant (I personnally recommand Mistake if you're curious) and what is special about him is that he has a very deep voice. Taeyeon is a main vocalist of the legendary girl group, Girls' Generation, EXO's senior in the same company. She also made her debut as a solo artist too. She is one of the most respected and successful artist in KPOP industry. She might not be as powerful as Ailee or Sohyang but she is known for being a good emotions conveyer in her song.
