I can tell Faouzia had a lot of fun filming this MV, I think 'Flaming Fo' is my favorite. In the past year Minefields has aired in France over 30k+ times. But in the United States her songs have been played less than a dozen times or so. She definitely deserves more exposure globally, especially in the US.

Was more of a head voice or falsetto but she actually sang real whistle notes ! She posted a short audio on Twitter a few months ago where she went up to A6 if I remember correctly

@@janakassem838 The letter refers to the note and the number refers to the octave of the note (or the heigth of the note, the higher the number, the higher the pitch of the note) In France and Italy the notes are Do Re Mi Fa Sol La Si The "international" notes are A B C D E F G with A being La, B being Si, etc ... In physical terms : each note has its frequency For example : the La3 440Hz (or A4) is the note on which the instruments are tuned (in an orchestra for example). When you increase the number of the note (A4 to A5), the frequency doubles. When the number decreases (A4 to A3), the frequency is divided by 2 Hope it's more clear !

I heard another reactor. I think it was Elizabeth of the "Charismatic Voice", who was talking about accents with a guest in one of her Tea time interviews. Anyway, the artist was saying it used to be when they were first starting to sing they wanted to sound like an american as much as possible and lose their accent. However, now accents are more acceptable and a lot of vocal coaches like how it can enhance parts of songs. I have also been sending your cover of "How it will all work out" with other singing/songwriters to review and sent you a link to Elisha's youtube site and video of " Mykronos" original song of hers. She was also a contestant from the Voice, Australia a couple years back. I thought you did a show like that once also.
