According to their voice engineer, Mackie was already in puberty stage last year when he started working with them. At least Keifer and Francis got the proper training earlier so they will not have as much problem with their transition . The Boys can help each other and they can change their song by just a glance or just hand gestures. They are so versatile . All of them can belt very high notes, do runs, and whistles depending on their assigned parts. Even at the start of his career , Mackie always has an amazing voice control.

It's really heartwarming to see them work along during a performance. I had the same reaction to that part of Keifer and Francis. Mackie and Keifer came from a respiratory infection before that guesting. I am not sure if Francis was ill, too, but his voice transition is progressing fast.

Francis and Keifer were sick that time I believed as they say and yes all of them were in the height of puberty and voice changing though Mackie is now starting to get his voice a little more stable.. and yes they are still amazing! Thanks for reacting from our tnt boys.. As i know. Aside from there transition that time they are tired they have 2 show before wish bus... And also francis is sick and keifer have sore throats.. But i see 1 of there interview keifer told that they need to wait 18month to become stable there voices. Just we support them until they finish there transition.... Francis and Keifer have an alternative low run they can do together, so they were checking to see if they both were ready to go high. It is two separate runs, one high and one low, that they must do together. I totally noticed the "low energy" too. They have done another song that doesn't have a lot of high notes and they sound confident, harmonies on point, and have amazing runs. Mackie has learned to go with the voice he has. Keifer used to be the soaring high notes so I think it has been harder for him to accept. He also may have lost his whistle notes. He's not used to it either. I think they will come out of all O.K..I also think Francis could sing with his chest voice, I think he is deferring to the other two cause it might make them feel bad. Also, he could be doing the falsetto so as not to change the dynamics too much. These boys are always doing that to and for each other. Then Mackie comes out of nowhere with that E6. That is what Keifer used to do with his chest voice or at least a mix. Remember the entrance on 'Listen' on The World's Best when he came on stage hitting that high note like he ate them for breakfast. I think Keifer hasn't yet reached the trust point with his 'new' voice. I remember in my own experience I used to sing everything from 1st soprano to 2nd tenor then, the bottom dropped out and I turned into 'geese farting in the mud on a hot day'. And when I tried to hit old notes easily hit I was suddenly spinning out of control like Darth Vader when his fighter was hit in the channel trying to dial Luke into his sights. And off into oblivion my voice would go with me no longer in control. You do that 2-3 times in front of people and you soon avoid singing altogether. Which hurts because singing was one of the few things you could do better than anyone in your social circle. Then you start avoiding your 'peeps' because they laughed a little to long and with what seemed a little too much revenge tinged humor. Then you backed away from them altogether and nobody bothered to come after you......o.k. I've said enough. Back to the Boys. Re-gaining confidence will be the first order of business, but Keifer has the other two to keep him from going through my experience. I love their love for each other. I have never been able to have any friends like these Boys. After all these years I have had to resign myself to the fact that I must not be very likable. Thanks for the reaction. You always hit it 'outta da' pawrk'.

I love your explanation regarding the TNT boys and their voices I can see the reaction in Francis face it's like someone took his superpowers but he's going to be alright even his performance just recently he's not as bubbly and as confident so I hope people around him just let him know that too shall pass and he will have a great new voice...I would love for Frances to listen to the Xfactor UK winner 2018 Dolton Harris sing live on the 2019. Finale and also he made a live version of his song Cry just using acoustics so they can get a feel of their new voices because their voices are deep now and they should try to listen to male voices now because the female voices are a little too high for them now that they're going through puberty...

I think for a long time men using head voice was thought to be sub-par, or a 'cheat' because you couldn't hit the high notes any more. The new paradigm makes it acceptable, almost desirable. So it is easier for male singers to go through the change without the usual stigma attached. I think they are a little nervous about acceptance from their fans. It also takes a while to get used to the transitions between chest and the new head voice. That is one thing nobody questions about these boys is their work ethic. As far as this performance they look and feel tired until Mackie goes nuts and hits a note that hurt me. Oh and Francis from here has a ways to go , I've heard him during the quarantine and he probably has the lowest voice of all of them, but his voice is so pure and clean that even at the lower starting point he still has the best voice. In many ways I am more excited for their future because I think the harmonies will be richer and each of their voices takes on the characteristics of each singer. So I will miss the old Boys, but am so very excited about the new Boys. Thanks for your reaction again. I like your personal example of your change, but your outcome was very favorable. Some of us never recovered. I went in with a voice that was much like Keifers except no whistle tone, of course I wasn't aware of them or I might have tried. Anyway, I came out the other side with a voice that was like, " a flock of geese farting in the mud". Oh I could still sing all the notes but there was no smoothness to my voice anymore. And once you hit the high notes with ease, then you can't as every note feels like a battle to get out, it doesn't take much to erode your confidence. Singing stopped being fun. I would try every now and then to kind of sing out loud around others as if you were just in your own world, to see if there was any encouragement to be found. Where before others would say don't stop that sounded great, now it was, does it really hurt that bad, or were you trying to sing that way? 'Cause if you are you should not!! There are other examples that were less civil, so I stopped. Now my voice was slow in the start and finish of the change. I didn't really start until just after my 16th birthday which was unusually late. The it took forever as my voice would break at every critical moment for greatest embarrassment. I mean it would explode into jagged fragments of sound that could not be rescued. So I quit singing in front people. O.K. enough of my private corner of hell, these Boys won't be dealing with that. So, until the next time.
