Tarja foi sem duvidas a melhor vocalista da banda, este Show que está em DVD chamado End Of Era realmente marca o fim de uma era da banda pois ela foi demitida logo apos esse show que sem dúvidas para quem acompanha a banda desde o inicio como eu, sabe que está foi a melhor formação da mesma, e este show o melhor de todos, Tarja é sem sobra de duvidas a Rainha do metal sinfônico e ate mesmo do metal, uma grande vocalista.... Com uma formação musical excelente, como todos da banda nessa época, uma grande banda a maior do gênero, e a melhor vocalista do gênero.

It takes a lot to actually cover an iconic song, or even enhance it. Nightwish nailed it, in my opinion! You should also check out their cover of the Pink Floyd song High Hopes from the same concert. It is truly outstanding! Especially Marco's vocals and Emppu on guitar. It will be a treat for your ears!

I love Tarja's voice 💖 I would like to suggest some reactions. Please, from Tarja Turunen's solo career react to "underneath", the studio version or the live version from Act I DVD (it's one of the most beautiful rock synphonic ballads I've ever heard. I love the both versions, but I prefer the studio version), and "Supremacy", live version recorded in Milan or in Woodstock (it's really amazing). From Nightwish with Tarja, the music "Beauty of the Beast" (yes is OF the beast) has the same epicness than "Ghost love score". This is a music from "Century Child" album and there isn't a good live performance on youtube, so you'd better see the studio version. There are lyric videos. The lyric is strongly sentimental. The music videos of "Sleeping sun" (the official one), "Bless the child" , "Nemo" and "I wish I had an angel" are wonderful. They deserve a reaction too. Thank you very much!

I loved your analysis and overall reaction. A few informative bits. Tarja was actually fighting a fever during this concert, but she didn't want to let the fans down (I think the drummer was fighting a migraine as well, in fact). Andrew Lloyd Webber has said in at least one interview this is his favorite performance of this as a stand-alone piece. Although there are other excellent renditions out there, I truly believe this performance is unequaled. The arrangement, the voices, the characterizations, the chemistry of the band and the concert atmosphere is amazing.

I agree with you, that the harmony of Marco & Tarja are out of this World, while Tarja are amazing, I think, its Marco that brings the extra spice. I mean the way he sings the last piece you can almost hear something very bad is about to happend.

Esta é uma versão bem legal e Marco Hietala é um ótimo vocalista, tem algumas músicas que ele faz os vocais no Nighwish mas melhor pra conhecer a voz dele é no projeto "Northern Kings". Ele faz um Fantasma mais vil, controlador da cantora. Tarja tem menos flexibilidade do que Floor Jensen entre o vocal operístico e rock, na minha opinião. Elas são igualmente incríveis, mas diferentes.

Fantásticos a Tarja e o Marco. Uma dica amigos, o nome da Tarja lê-se "Taria". O J em finlandês tem o som de I. Eu conheci os Nightwish no final dos anos 90 através da música "She is my sin" É umas das músicas que melhor encaixa na voz da Tarja.
