Sid Sriram is a gifted prodigy. What a command he has in our music at this young age. He reminds us of young Bala Murali Krishna at a young age. Every Raga gets beauty due to his alapana. Thoroughly enjoyed the entire program. He should live for centuries and his performances in the same sweet tone and command,. Though he was raised in the US, he was trained excellently very well by his mother and gifted to our music world such a Musician. its a lesson to youngsters who are in India and do not learn Carnatic music

Sri Satyanarayanam has become a trade mark with Sid. I haven't heard anything comparable to his rendition of this kriti. I used to regularly listen to it but suddenly that video disappeared from the KZbin. Though this is another more recent concert its equally good and the pakkamelam are also same vidwans.
