If the Title brings Technotronic to mind, you're right. There was a remix album by Pump up the Jam decades ago. When I'm in my Oldskool phase, the neighborhood gets it in the form of Technotronic. The original of Pump up Jam is, for me personally, one of the best dance tracks of all time. It can only really compete with KLF (What time is love / Trance Version), Humanoid (Stakker Humanoid / Acid) or Jolly Roger (Acid Man). I've been working on a remix for years, but none of them have passed my personal quality control. :-) This Remix Album is something like a small homage. Wem bei dem Titel vielleicht kurzweilig Technotronic in den Kopf kommt, der liegt richtig. Es gab vor Jahrzenten mal ein Remix Album von Pump up the Jam. Wenn ich dann mal wieder meine Oldskool Phase habe, dann hat sogar die Nachbarschaft die Ehre daran in Form von u.a. Technotronic teilzunehmen. Das Orginal von Pump up Jam, ist für mich persönlich einer der besten Dance Tracks aller Zeiten. Kann im Prinzip nur mit KLF (What time is love / Trance Version), Humanoid (Stakker Humanoid / Acid) oder Jolly Roger (Acid Man) konkurrieren.
