Blasen blubbern, wie ich es gerne nenne, ist tatsächlich eine wunderbare Übung, nicht nur für die Singstimme. Vor einem Zoom - Call oder einem Telefonat 15 Sekunden blubbern wirkt Wunder und entspannt hörbar die Stimme.

I liked how you emphasized having bubbles even ja doing everything easy and lightly. Did I understand right that you chanced to jar, because you wanted more flow resistance? You will get it by dipping your tube deeper. Because when you hold the jar, which is heavier that the bottle, you will have to work more to hold it. Sometimes it's better if you don't have to hold anything relatively heavy. Have the bottle on table or such and just fix the tube so it stays where you want it. This will make it even more easy and light. 😊
