Hello Jason and Katie, I have an interesting fact for you, this was one of the first videos Gabriel Henrique made, in fact this one went viral. After the success of this first video, Gabriel has been changing and correcting several things, which have helped him to improve his pronunciation in English, making it much closer to what native speakers of the language speak, the accent is much less noticeable in his latest videos, he also trained his vocal technique a lot, so what you reacted to today was also much improved ie he is getting better and better in vocal techniques. I want to tell you other details, after several criticisms and many of them derogatory, and critics saying that Gabriel was just a studio singer that without electronic resources he was not able to do everything you saw with your eyes and hear with your ears. So he simply recorded two videos with just a Smartphone singing inside a car. Songs: "I Have Nothing" and also the Song "I Wanna know what Love is". if you want to find out what Gabriel Henrique's voice is like without studio resources, look for these videos on his channel. I guarantee you won't regret it.

Have you heard the cover by a Dimash Kudaibergen? He did it on a contest in 2017 at the age of 22. Still think Gabriel did a better job. Both singers ranges at similar but Dimash can sing really deep notes too. My favorite singer is Dimash and then Gabriel. Please check out a few episodes of BRITAINS GOT TALENT. Two singers on it recently blew me away MAXWELL THORPE and TOM BALL. Maxwell did not get in the semifinal but Tom did. Found an excellent song Maxwell did in English a year or so ago called I WILL WAIT. Tom did a few crazy high notes at the end of his third song in the finals. If for some reason you have never heard of Dimash listen to his song STRANGER.

I am hoping my fellow GH-obsessed fans will let the reactors know how to pronounce Gabi's last name: Hen (like the bird) - reek (like the smell) - key (like what goes into a lock). As many say below, Gabriel has lots of very emotional covers. In fact, I feel he is so special because in several of the other songs, he conveys great emotionality without letting the cover be all about technique. Dimash Kudaibergen did whistles from from low to high from a young age. If you have not heard of him please look at his video STRANGER. He can do every octave. Like Gabriel he was in a contest in 2017. He is my favorite singer followed by Gabriel. There were two really good singers on a recent BRITAIN'S GOT TALENT called TOM BALL who reached the final. He did 3 songs, the last MAXWELL THORPE. He did not reach the finals like Tom did. Please listen to his two songs. The man shocked the judges with his rendition of THE WRITINGS ON THE WALL from a James Bond movie. A few days ago I found a video Maxwell did about a year ago called I WILL WAIT. Please check them both out.
