I hope so too, I didn't check his nico nico account but in his (much less active) KZbin account his last song was uploaded 5 years ago. I don't know how accurate the uploading time is but in his auto generated KZbin music creator account a self cover was uploaded 3 years ago but in the description it's listed as released on 2013.
