while I think the half-sibling approach is creative, there's a flaw,, namely stemming from the first scene of femme fatale. In the first scene, the ginger woman (I'll refer to as Ginger) who was in FF MC's locket is present, and is very clearly friendly with the femme fatale child. If "primadonna" was Ginger and MC's child, wouldn't she have been raised in the same house? Although I don't have any other theories, I can only speculate that "Primadonna" is a different relative of the Ginger, still seeking vengeance. Perhaps "Primadonna" thought it was pitiful that Ginger was taking care of another women's child. Or perhaps, "Primadonna" has no relation to Ginger from Femme Fatale,, and that the ginger hair is meant to contrast the "pure love" of Ginger, with the fact that "Primadonna" is more of a "femme fatale" figure. This comparison reflects in the fact that the femme fatale child, or MC of this video, repeats what his father did: falling for both the same type of woman... ginger and a player.

I like to think that instead of being an angel herself, orange girl is wearing the son's wings like clothing or an accessory. My thought process behind this is mainly because the wings don't fit on her proportionally the same way that femme fatale's did

whoaa that's crazy, I thought it was a metaphor that she was only starting her adultery career so they weren't that big but that would make sense why she doesn't have them all the time and why he was collecting the feathers and got depressed

That would be such a cool detail. But i don't really think that's true because if we compare Prima donna's wings to son's wings in the femme fatale mv hers look bigger
KEDARUI WITH ANOTHER MASTERPIECE LET'S GOOO From what I understand, this is a sequel to Femme Fatale and it takes years after the main events. Our protagonists are the son of the male lead from Femme Fatale and a new angel girl who I'm gonna refer as Prima Donna. I can't say much since there seems to not be an official translation yet so I'll theorize through the visuals. FF MC is killed by 'Primadonna' and during the funeral, she assists and meets his son ( I can not tell if she does know or not if he is the son of the FF MC but I'll assume she does due to her approach ) She charms the man and both of them become a 'couple' and both of them sleep together, but due to Primadonna's confidence, she falls into the man's trap who shows to know who she truly is and be it due to revenge or something else, kidnaps her and eventually possibly kills her. ( This due to the fact our new male lead is holding a baby in his arms and behind him, legs are hanging indicating that she may have suffered the same fate as our FF angel. ) And so, the cycle continues. I'm absolutely obsessed with these characters and their lore, and I hope we get a tl soon so I can properly update this theory!

Good analysis, I would like to know if you know what's he's holding in 1:18, I think it's a pair of wings, the feathers look kind of small to be the wings of the FF from the previous song, so I think it's, in fact, his wings that he's holding. And after seeing PiplupPalace commenting Primadonna's wings at 1:55, I'm sure that he's holding his wings. Primadonna "betrayed" the FF MC's son, I will elaborate: maybe he did know that she killed his father, but he may loved her sincerely and after his father's death, he was craving for love, so didn't care. But then she wore his wings, his freedom, he realized that was in the palm of her hands... And we know the rest Yeah, he did know what she really was but the wings are symbolic in this story, so I think it was a big deal. (This is my interpretation)

Great interpretation ! Just wondering, what leads you to conclude that Prima Donna killed the FF MC ?
@diachuchu8 ай бұрын
@@Karmabud-Sirius The main reason as to why I believe it was Primadonna is because at the intro sequence, we are shown the killer in question who has specifically orange eyes and large 'claws' - when we reach near the conclusion of the song, Primadonna is caught by the current MC and we're shown the same eyes and a glimpse of her hands; through most of the song, she seems to have short nails but it seems that angels have retractable nails or at least Primadonna does because her nails seem to be longer at this very moment. I'm still unsure as to why she would exactly target the FF MC and would attempt to approach his son, be it for revenge or simply opportunity but I hope translations come out soon or maybe even a third part for the series!

@@diachuchu Great observation ! I didn't look closely enough at the victim's silhouette. And because of another comment, I started thinking that this figure with orange eyes might be the son in the future. Since they're not the same, but he does have orange colored eyes from his mother. Your theory makes a lot of sense ! Such a sad story though

You put it super succinctly! Thank you for making the connections (and Kedarui liked your comment omg??), continuous cycle motifs my beloved.
WAIT SO THE MAN HERE IS THE SON OF THE ANGEL AND HUMAN FROM 'FEME FATALE' ?!? he has the same hair colour of the baby from the previous MV and he also has his mother's eyes and eyelashes In the previous MV , his father cut the wings of both him and his mother and him and hung them on the wall ( you can see the dust marks left on the wall left by the wings on 2:38 ) But if he is following his father's footsteps on imprisoning his loved one , he should have just cut the wings ( which is still bad but alas 🥲) MAN HUNG THE WHOLE WOMAN ON THE WALL 😭😭😭😭 "Brima Donna" is also "a slang for people who get angry when they don't get what they want or if they are not number one " here , it may be implied for both the man and woman in the MV , since both of them want to be the upper hand .
Theory time! From what can be understood, Manon, the woman named Prima Donna, is very much related to the red-haired woman from "Femme Fatale", the "Father"'s initial love interest. She very much possibly kills him for revenge, either for the red-haired woman or the Femme Fatale, that is also a sort of "Angel" like her (and could be also related by bond instead of blood). However, Manon's wings are not as large as hers, and are "dirtied" on the ends, showing that her skills are amateur compared to hers, and Manon seems to be more reckless and lets her pride take the best of her, unlike Femme Fatale that seems way colder and patient and better at hiding her true emotions (therefore more convincing and willing to take in acting - she stills tries to seduce the Father even when manacled, while Manon rapidly breaks down when she's caught!) Amber, the son of Femme Fatale, has his wings stole as a baby, and were indeed rather large for his size! If they were kept on his back, they'd probably grow as large as his mother's by the time he's older, hinting he's as cold and as good in manipulating as her, so much he very easily and successfully seduces Manon - a True Homme Fatale! Amber, takes his mother's eyes, lashes and personality, but nothing from his father, and because of his hair color, could imply he isn't his real father, but nonetheless, raised him because he was the son of the woman he "loved". At the end of Femme Fatale, we see she was taken to the very house the "Father" used to share with the red-haired woman and had her wings cutted, and by proxy, her Freedom - as well as her son's. The beggining of FF can be read as an illusion of the Father of creating a perfect family but because of an implied troubled relationship with his lover, is left adrift until meeting the woman of his dreams (the Femme Angel) and begins a very distorted version of family with her as she continued to live with them, but without her wings (1:22). Father actually "loved" Amber's mother, and maybe dearly held to his dellusion as truth. However, Amber looks pretty much down on Manon(1:42 and 2:30), and what to seems to put him on edge was the atempt of stealing his and his mother's wings (1:18), prossibly as "trophies" for her own use. By trying to seduce him, and being his Lover, Manon maybe wanted to infiltrate inside the house to "own" it as her own, a part of her revenge plot, and the stealing was the straw that broke the camel's back. I think he never loved her and actually was pretending to have a dreamy look ( 0:40 )to entrap her - pretending to be manipulated. Manon kills the 'Father', plays the house as her own, seduces the Son and sleeps with him, which means she pretty much got what she wanted. Revenge fulfilled is time to sneak away but oops! 2:19 Amber won't let her go so easily. She had her revenge, now's his time for his. In the end Amber continues the cycle and has a child with Manon, a "payment" for having taking his father's life, and is hung as a "trophy" in place of the wings she once so wanted. On the final seconds, he finally looks up to her, "under her feet" Loved every part of it

I don't think she's related to the red haired woman in FF. Her name was Garcia(?) and it looks like she was human (she doesn't have orange eyes in Yasutatsu's pixiv). The interesting thing about the angel from FF is that she's the only one with a surname (Anna Lunaira). I think Manon might be related to Anna somehow, killed Amber's dad, seduced him, told him the truth about the events of FF (1:07), and decided to leave him after everything.

@@Sarsak206Oh thanks! I hadn't notice this part 1:07! It sure give another layer to the story
What's really interesting to me is at 1:36 when Prima is laying on the bed, her orange hair is rendered in greyscale like most everything is, but her pendant retains it's scarlet colour. In this MV, colour seems very important, and though at a glance they look the same, the orange in her hair seems to be functionally different from the orange in her eyes and pendant. Her eyes almost seem to emit their own radiance, and the pendant similarly never has shadow applied to it, but her hair can be away in shade. As opposed to the Femme Fatale, whose only hint of red her her eyes, only seen at the end of the song, Prima is orange from the second we see her. I feel like it's worth considering that the orange we see of her most of the video, though, is an external, almost decorative trait. I think, if you were to think of orange as "selfishness" then it seems like the selfishness she shows most of the time is like a superficial trait, almost harmless in how over it is, which doesn't hold up when awash in her truer colours. She wears brattiness, the primadonna persona, like a mask for her truest self. Underneath it, though, she still has that realer, harsher greed; wanting to be loved but not love in turn, which is why the pendant retains its colour when her hair, her "persona", does not. I think this greed, too, is part of why she stays that last night, and what ultimately dooms her; even if she will leave, even though it's not her truest goal, she desires that love and that intimacy. Something I've been pondering regarding her design, is that the two times we see her wings, they are tipped with black feathers at the edges, and they are also quite small compared the the Femme Fatale's wings, who was about the same size as her otherwise. This could suggest a variance in size, but I think, actually, that her wings Should be the same size, but that some of her feathers are just missing--or rather, relocated. I don't think its a coincidence that the feathers of her boa are black, as are the tips of her wings, when all the other wings we've seen thus far are white. Wings often symbolize freedom, and I believe that applies here, as well; Femme Fatale's wings are ripped off, stealing her freedom. Prima, however, doesn't even seem to have wings for most of the song. Since the wings are largely symbolic, I think we can interpret her as having "hidden" them for most of the time, without fussing over the logistics of where in reality her wings would have fit if that were the case. Where the Femme Fatale wings, her freedom, were an obvious part of who she was, and arguably part of here beauty, Prima's wings are hidden in all but two scenes. The illusion of being tied down, of a steady relationship. She wears the feather of her own wings as if to show, my feathers have already been plucked, see? I wouldn't go anywhere. Even the symbol of those wings is lost in the night's events, another little way of saying she's setting aside her freedom to stay here. And yet, after their last night together, we see the wings, smaller than they should be, not large enough to fly on, but still there. As she leaves, she picks up her discarded feather boa, her feathers, and drapes them around and behind her like wings. Clipping her wings does not diminish her desire for complete freedom, nor does she intend to let it stop her from achieving it. The other part of the feather symbolism to consider in her feathered garment is that these feathers are black. The wings, normally symbolizing freedom, in a way reflect qualities of the souls of the women who have them. Black on clothing and accessories is elegant, and perfectly suitable for a funeral; a black soul would be considered a very ominous thing indeed. I think for Prima, black is hatred, or malice; by pulling the feathers in her wings that are white, she can hide this malice belongs to her (because if they're just clothes, they can be dyed). The beginning seems to imply that Prima killed her partner's father, the male lead from Femme Fatale. If considering the concept of Prima having entered her relationship as a way to get close enough to the father to kill him, then the feathers can be interpreted another way: she has sacrificed a portion of her freedom, hidden away her own desire for flight, for the sake of realizing her vendetta. She's plucked her wings in order to make funeral clothes. Then there is the man, whose eyes are orange but "human", never hidden because they do not seem like a threat. But though the colour, the "selfishness", comes from his mother, the anatomy of the eye is his father's. His perception and understanding shaped by his father, who raised him in a house where his mother's and his own severed wings were pinned up as a display on the wall. Desire is tempered through this frame of reference; to want something is to pin it down such that it cannot ever escape you. I think that's why he does what he does at the end; if clipping her wings will not trap Prima in place, then he will make it so that she cannot move at all. Whether he ever actually loved her, in the end, doesn't matter, because he will make sure he owns her.
oh my gosh i’ve been waiting for a new song, and it’s a sequel to femme fatale which is one of my favourite songs and PVs of all time!!! thank you so much this is amazing ✨✨
Gosh, Prima Donna & Femme Fatale’s storylines have been making my head swirl for hours. Most of these characters have names according to Yasutatsu’s pixiv. From what I’ve been able to piece, Manon (red hair) is the daughter of Gret and Garcia before he abandoned them. While Amber (black hair) is the son of Anna with her previous black haired lover before Gret took her freedom away. As revenge for Gret leaving her and her mother, she kills her father. Gret raised Amber as his son which is why Manon meets him at the funeral. She approaches him as his half-sister, but seduces him with the intent to take what she believes is rightfully hers. This is why he covers his eyes in shame, believing he is committing incest with Manon. However his hair is black and his eyes are droopy, traits that belong to Anna’s previous lover. Manon orders Amber to remove all traces of his mother (aka “The Other Woman”) from their house. Hence the shadow of the frames and Anna and Amber’s wings. From Femme Fatale, there were actually two children. The first depicted being Manon with Gret’s first wife Garcia, and the second at the end being Amber. So at some point Gret kicked his first wife and child out of their home. (Manon’s hair as a child is black possibly for ambiguity, symbolism, or color blindness, another theory further down in the comments). Her hair changes color during the sex scene to show they are “siblings” and are committing incest as a sin. Rather than being born an “angel”, Manon could have possibly made a pact to become one to gain the power to kill. Which is why her wings are tainted in black.
[Plot speculation](by my friend) 1. 0:00-0:08 From the pupil color, it is very likely that the murderer is the heroine. 2. 0:15 From the scar on the mouth, it can be seen that the deceased is the hero of the previous work (Deadly Girl), that is, the father of the hero. 3, 0:26 The hero and heroine met at his father's funeral. 0:41 The heroine has the same hair color as the male protagonist's adoptive mother, and the male protagonist stares at the heroine's hair with an infatuated look. This may be a metaphor, which means that the heroine has some characteristics similar to the male protagonist's adoptive mother, so it deeply attracts the male protagonist (the pupil color of the male protagonist) It is the same color as the mother's hair color, which may imply that the hero has a love affair plot, and the meaning of "the eyes are full of you") 4, 1:08-1:19-1:25 Three key nodes, it is speculated that three things happened. (Node 1) The heroine sneered: The heroine may have told him the origin of the hero and smashed the happy family that the hero had created in the past (it is speculated that the hero should not have known that he was not raised by his mother at first, so he fell into a collapse after learning the truth) (Node 2) The hero took off the previous photo frame and wings on the wall: the hero learned the truth, knew his father's betrayal of his adoptive mother, and knew that what his father cherished on the wall was the relics of his father's "white moonlight" (birth mother). (Node 3) The hero cried and was pulled forward by the heroine: The hero was very sad after learning the truth (at this time, the low brightness in the film represents the hazy state of mind of the hero). At this time, the heroine comforted and accompanied him forward. 5. 1:36 The heroine's hair color disappeared, implying that at this moment, the hero finally no longer regards him as a person similar to his adoptive mother, but looks at the heroine herself. However, it is worth noting that the pupils of the male protagonist are still the same (which may imply that the admiration for the adoptive mother still exists in the bottom of his heart). 6. 1:57-1:58 The heroine showed her wings after the hero fell asleep (the wings are closely related to the biological mother, and it can be speculated that the heroine showed "evil" or "traits" similar to the biological mother. From the above clip, it can be known that the existence of the male protagonist's biological mother is a big shadow on the male protagonist), but I didn't expect that the hero actually pretended to sleep 2: 04 (According to the rationality of the plot here, I speculate that the "evil" shown by the heroine is as "playing with people's hearts" as her biological mother - the biological mother is messing everywhere; the heroine is deliberately murdering the hero's father but deliberately approaching the male protagonist who does not know the truth, falling in love with the male protagonist and playing with his feelings.) 7, 2:22 The heroine played, and the hero learned the truth and avenged his father. 8, 2:58 The heroine was hung in the place where she used to hang her biological mother's wings, which is a metaphor for the two women to a similar ending.

Oh man this is a continuation of Femme Fatale!! The father's death at the beginning, the result of his son following his footsteps, and the woman he falls in "love" with also being an "angel"... I wonder what the red eyes represent. I think the first shots of the intro was the mother killing his father and running away (red eyes, followed by the father's funeral scene), then when the son's lover does her performance, he's cradling feathers she shed, cutting back to memories of his and his mother's wings, and of his mother- which begins this whole downward spiral. She then "comforts" him, which leads him to follow the path of his father. edit: in addition, you can see how the new female protagonist also has "claws" at the end which the mysterious figure at the beginning uses to kill the father. Femme Fatale was of a young man who tried to prevent his love interest from leaving, cutting her wings, but she kills him and runs away. Their son, seeing this, then has a warped view. When his love interest attempts to slip away, he kills her to prevent any chance of her running away. A cycle of abuse that grows worse... I wonder if the grandchild will do better and break this cycle...?
