In the Biblical book of Tobit, Asmodeus is a demon, thought to being lust incarnate, who desires a certain woman, Sarah. However, the individual who is to be the husband of this woman manages to eliminate his threat. While this demon is not completely parallel with the Duke, they share lust and a similar end(They are both rendered harmless by a woman's lover). *continued in next comment*

King Solomon had a harem of his own and was also in contact with a demon. This contact likely involved tricking the demon into helping construct the Temple of Jerusalem.The Duke and Solomon are, as indicated by their titles, both individual of a prestigious position. Coincidentally, this demon of Solomon's is Asmodeus. I've likely missed a reference, but these are the two I'mm submitting. I don't want any cookies, though.
