i have been going to this video since 2012. It blows my mind to think about how much time passes and things change, but I've realized that there will always be things that remain constant. For me this song became one of them. Throughout my life I always came back to this tune; each time a new person. The meaning remained the same but the bond I shared with the song had changed. Things continue to evolve around me as they always do... but I will always be taken back to when I first listened to this song and felt like I too was a god slayer!

Yeah it really does pass quickly. For me nostalgia really does hurt to feel but i still keep coming back to this and the other songs i used to listen to at the time.

I feel the same way about quite a few Vocaloid songs now. Surreal to think about how I first found songs like this ten years ago.

Well said! I also rediscovered this song after browsing through my archive of old songs I've managed to keep over the years after going through multiple pcs. Always made sure to transfer all my old files no matter how much space they take. The nostalgia hit strong but like you said, old gems like this song still are the same and have the same meaning, even if we ourselves change over the years.

this pic kind of looks like it's miku in the distant future, where time has caused her body to decay and require that external device to provide life support. Suits the song well tho.

Cold, White space. Ignorance, In heart and body. Even when, I was told the world was ending. I felt nothing. It was meaningless. Unless I can see you again! You taught me the unknown. Why are you so fascinated, By a defective being. When I learned what sadness was, I gave myself a mission. I've set my sights on heaven. Everything, That brings you misery. I'll slay them with these arms of steel. My body, Is collapsing... When I realized, I may never see you again. I understood the meaning of fear. Even so, I'll keep on fighting for you. I'll show you that "Fate" does not exist. If you wish it, I'll even slay Gods. I'll do it with these arms of steel.

Honestly, I would agree for the sound of the song, but with the lyrical content and meaning, I think it'd fit better in a Final Fantasy game.
