May I know when did you make this video? Because my brother checked-in here and he told me that you have to change 2 shuttles to reach Haram.

It’s been 3 months I will be there and I did not face this problem there is another person who told me about it may be they changed the system or may b there is some maintenance activity because this hotel is very big if they make issue in shuttle for hajis then this is going to be a default for this hotel.
