Exquisite! I don't think most people know how difficult it was for us conductors and musicians to play during pandemic restrictions of 6' between individual players and stands. It's very hard to hear and achieve good intonation/rhythmic coordination. I conducted a Cenerentola in 2021, full orchestra in a huge outdoor amphitheater, which meant about 80' from left to right (most large modern theaters and prosceniums are 40' wide.) You really can't hear beyond 2 stands away. Bravi and thanks to Barnaby and the wonderful musicians and singers for inspiring all of us during the pandemic years. Voces8 was my musical lifeline when everything was cancelled.

But even then we had to tweak and struggle and ended up going mostly old-school acoustic, turning down most of the sound monitors on stage, removing ear bud monitors for the musicians, and having the singers try to see me instead of the video monitors, which even with the software had a time lag.
