Be careful as it takes 30 minutes of cooking food that has alcohol in it at a certain temperature for the entire 30 minutes/non stop for the alcohol to cook out entirely.

Yes!! Only after 2 hours more than 90% of alcohol is gone. After 15 min it’s only about 40%. So there is definitely alcohol in this dish.
