As does every guild we had to battle many obstacles between long time members leaving the game and outrageous computer/internet issues but in the end we were able to get it together and get it done. I will say this, big props to the EU guilds who managed to crush this boss before us. vodka is pleased to announce that we will be raiding in Warlords of Draenor We are currently playing on the most heavily populated alliance server Stormrage. We have decided to go back to our roots and play Alliance! This time around, our guild will be more casual. We will be raiding 4 days a week, starting at 8 PM EST to 1:00 AM EST (Monday - Thursday). This fight's DPS check in P3 was insane, and P4 was hard as hell to learn. That's after you had a reliable way to kill the adds in P2 without dying. We 3 healed for this US 1st kill in order to bring more DPS for the P3 DPS check, but it was still usually very close. It took us over 500 attempts for this kill.

@Pazimierz007 Oh yeah, don't get me wrong. There's a pretty strong correlation between hours spent wiping on a boss (and thus attempts) / kill. Vodka might put in some hardcore hours compared with the majority of guilds, but Method and Paragon put in quite a lot more, I guess it all boils down to how many hours can you stay awake raiding in a day with the top 5 ;)

@TitanbrolyGilneas Just because there is RNG in the fight doesn't mean that this video wasn't a display of excellent skill and execution. The vast majority of guilds will not even come close to killing this by 4.3, RNG may be present, but you still need a shit load of focus and skill so that when you do get a "luckier" attempt, you actually make use of it and stand a chance at getting the boss down. RNG doesn't change the fact that Raggy is tough taking into account only the fixed mechanics.

@EpicmetalLord What the hell you on about? The only thing about Vanilla Ragnaros that was hard was getting enough people in to get his 1 million hp down and kill the adds quickly. It was one of the least complex fights in the game. Raggy heroic is brutal. totally unforgiving and fairly complex. There's a shit load of stuff going on. TLDR. Grats Vodka, you guys are pro! I'm a UK player, but tbh I hope you guys beat our sorry EU asses next time :) Best videos, best guides, great players. Pro:)
