We have a Storyteller Mode LT. Received it in Sept 2022. So far we love this vehicle with the exception of the bed. The mattress that came with our LT was way to firm and there was a small but noticeable height difference in the two fold down bed sections. We added a memory foam topper which solved the problem for me but not for my wife.We are still trying different mattress ideas. I think a softer mattress is now used by Storyteller. Also, Storyteller is not building on the Transit for 2024 just Mercedes. It also bugged me that no spare tire was included in the purchase price. I sure didn't feel comfortable exploring with this rig without a spare. Ended up buying one aftermarket.Tires are too large for under mount where the Transit spare usually sits. (i believe this campervan weight was too much for the standard Transit spare to be used) We love how our van drives with the Eco boost engine, handles with suspension upgrades Storyteller included, and everything else on the build works well. Really like the lithium batteries.

The volts system is really what separates storyteller from the rest 12 hours of continuous air conditioner in hot humid climates is the best. And even more in the beast mode if you have on the high idle button at the front, which allows you to live your pets in while you go hiking, because when the 12 hours drain the batteries, the motor will start by itself in high idle and the second alternator will charge the batteries to keep the air conditioner on. No need to drive around with the automatic high idle button of the beast mode on. Not personalized rigs have this, because Volta doesn't work with private individuals, only makes deals with a few companies for a few models. (Not to mention the roughness of the construction of the storyteller, allowing you to hang from the cupboards and jump on the roof rack)

It would have be nice to compare the little difference of interior size (height and bed lenght) between the Ford chassis and the Mercedes-Benz chassis.

Great vid/review but you left out the fourth option of recharge that is available on the beast mode aka hi idle recharge.

Great review, although many other better choices out there with custom builders that will give you what you want for about the same enormous price. 120V AC using an 12V inverter to upstep the current is very inefficient, and several other downsides. I think storyteller needs to up their game to stay competitive.

The size of power system is one of the biggest things for me. Telling me it’s 12kwh tells me nothing. Is it 12, 24 or 48v?

Even in Beast You have not done anything useful on the suspension. How can you trust the seller who, knowing about the problem with the rear suspension on the Mercedes, left it "as is" without making even minimal reinforcement. It is disgusting to see such people on Yotube
