好驚喜，沒想到Anna會來台灣 我不認識主持人，可是我覺得可以看得出來她做了很多功課，而且感覺得出來她是懂Anna的人。之前看過Anna一些介紹，感覺上她是一個很重視一個人有沒有個人的內在、實力遠勝過對她的態度是否很恭敬。 我認為主持人這樣的呈現或許一部分是她自己的習慣，但也許是基於她想創造出一個可以跟Anna氣場呼應的狀態吧～ 總之從鏡頭看來的畫面很平衡協調，也很專業，非常棒！

其實選擇「會讓自己開心的人」這樣子的招聘標準，在美國是被眾人極力批評、且雇主們正在盡全力避免的。原因很簡單，照這樣子招聘下去，全公司都只會有同一種人，就是老闆/主管喜歡的人。安娜這種召聘標準（而且竟然被VOGUE Taiwan當作廣告短語）是超級不恰當的，望周知。

我覺得會讓自己開心這句話，背後有很多她自己的考量因素。比如面試時的氣場、談吐、內涵、知識、性格，都是會讓人愉悅或開心的地方，而不是就字義上寫的那樣膚淺。 面試本身就是一場在選人的過程，每一間公司都有自己的公司文化，選對的人，只要不涉及歧視，我個人覺得沒甚麼問題。

Where is the "conversation"? It's obviously Q&A! and all of the questions were being read with the paper drafts on the hands, which was far from what we call it as a "conversation". Love Anna Wintour ❤ How she so naturally mentioned that those working together had rewarded her inspiration while so much of efforts she and her team had paid for to achieve an event even before we would further have tried to talk about how successful they are.The words together with the attitudes and spirits Anna Wintour was delivering is so inspiring and with so many of precious values reminding me as one of the audience to be kept on my mind. 🌹 * The interviewer is in opposite in a really poor manners and attitudes, but I prefer to ignore the interviewer as she seemed to try hard to steal the focus from the interviewee. ridiculous!

How come the host needed the draft for an interview with such an era icon as Anna Wintour from so far away all the way coming to Taipei costed her at least 10hr flight? Even worst, the host was actually reading the draft through almost all the questions ? Anna Wintor replied you without a second lowering her head into a note! Please, respect your job at least if you don't care about Anna Wintour. It's an interview in front of audience through camera, not paper interview.
