The thing with Jennie is that although she wore simple dresses both times at the MET she somehow has people recreating her looks and she becomes one of the most recognizable faces of that year and she’s more remembered than the celebs with more complex looks. THAT is why she is a certified it girl, she has an aura and is so naturally stylish that she rocks even the simple fits, other celebs have the opportunity to wear really cool archive or haute fashion looks but get drown in them looking awkward.
