I was in the 2014 Unbroken movie, and I will never forget how much time she spent making sure all the extras, such as myself, were taken cared of. She took the time to say hello and speak to us, making sure we were all happy. She set the standard for being an incredible director and for being a genuine, kind person.

I'm a classically trained coloratura soprano for over 35 years, and I agree ❤. My youngest is just starting to find his beautiful voice. I'm blessed he's open to my guidance and help. Our voice isn't just singing. Anyone can sing. But putting the emotion can be tough. Letting go is also key 😊.

Really? But is it possible to learn to sing? I have been told that I have a speaking voice, but for sure, I don't have a talent for singing. Don't you need talent?

The way she explains why her true voice may be different than the one we hear, is so powerful. I bet many of us hide our softer selves as a means of protection.

Yes I know I do.. Always knew it was because a "higher" "softer" voice seemed to me to vulnerable and I wanted/ want to appear strong, less "feminine" and less "weak" and "girly".. It is funny because all the girfriends around me have a higher voice than me.. so I do question...

See, I actually think a lot of women put on a softer, high pitched tone, but their natural voice is deeper.
@ForbiddenFruit333

Wouldn’t that mean your trying to appear to be something other than your true self? A soft voice can still be heard you have to learn to set boundaries. I’m not changing my soft girl energy to a dominant strong woman just to fit society. That’s like living a lie

So true. I’ve noticed that we sometimes bring out our softer side when we are with kids or babies (nieces, nephews, your kids etc) as they make us feel safe. We also feel safer to speak in a softer tone when we are in a loving romantic relationship, we feel more comfortable being cute, funny, silly etc.

Angelina looks so natural here. She did have that gothic phase where she looked so beautiful but here she really has just has so much warmth here. The light hair makes her so soft and delicate.

can you clarify how this tool works? I remember I heard about it before and now I am curious
@Daniellemcdd

Sure, it's basically a microneedling device. I started doing microneedIIing since it started 12 or so years ago. Nobody believe I am 46. They all say I am in my late early 30's. I assume it works so well because when we get older, our skin gets thinner therefore creating wrinkIes. But the wounding kept my skin still thick and youthful. Still wearing makeup though haha

I grew up listening to opera and classical music it really soothes my soul .. I’m quite intrigued for her performance in the movie .. can’t wait to witness the performance .. the voice talk was so accurate, we withhold our emotions anger,stress we bottle them up in our thyroid gland … and after years of abusing your stressful emotions evidently it shows. I’ve already. His films so far paint a personal portrait of these well know public figures alone in their thoughts in a cold environment .. an intimate psychological portrait

Opera and classical music is so beautiful, calming and peaceful. I have it set on my radio in my car and I feel like I'm brought back to a different time. It brings romance to your life. I get so sad when I hear people putting it down or not listening to it at all. It's magical and it has transformed my way of thinking and brought a lot of calm into my life.
