@@Sageof7th You're 100% correct, also ballroom has more mainstream attention in the US, whereas in France it's still very confidential (it's big if you're in the know, but I live in Switzerland near France, and people I know outside queer circles have almost never heard of it), so career-wise the comparison is even harder to make. My comment was more about how their styles had something very close, in the theatrics and the femme embodiment

@@bokarndiaye323 yes that’s why I was meaning to put in there that I understand the comparison because the impact honey had made at such a. Young age to be international there’s a lot of ballroom ppl in the USA that have had major impact but of course when you have honey who’s just wrapped up a tour with Beyoncé and also making her own moves you can’t overlook that. Some of the best I’m sure you know leiomy, baby hurricane whose one of my favorite voguer of all time and dashaun Danced with Rihanna in her last tour . But I definitely understood your comparison I guess I was more so stating that cha Chou has his own impact and he’s known over here in the states as well alot of Paris do not come over to the states and I can understand why sometimes because of the shade but chachou has made his presence known over here.
