1:15 I personally dislike Ice Monkey because of the lead-adjacent resistance it gives Bloons that only tends to matter during the time where the Ice Monkey's freezing actually does anything. ON TOP of this, if you aren't using Ice Monkey, most "Laser" upgrades are straight downgrades because Laser damage can pop Frozen but not the much more common Purple.
