Why these guys are presentable: Blomqvist is a pacemaker scientist at St Jude Medical, Tommy a firefighter, Soderin a chef. Most musicians dont even come close to the level here. Most people will realize how they have been left behind for years after listening to this band. Others will lack the skill to even understand what they are listening to. Fortunately there are those who appreciate this band, which was accurately named Seventh Wonder.

That explains the story of Mercy Falls, written by Blomqvist

@@xTOMMYGRx Yes I was conversing online in 2008 about the band, he mentioned he works in pacemakers, im in cardiac services, pacemaker technology is no small feat. Hysterisis and the technology keeps advancing. This guy is a published scientist. Not only great music, motivational for the avg guy. Its odd i always have a feeling when this band is releasing new material, i happen to look them up.

I love this song and the lyrics are really inspiring not to mention well written as always. Tommy is fantastic and is my favorite prog singer right now by far. “You can fall a thousand times as long as you remember, all you need in the end is a long lost friend to remind you through the night, that joy is the light”

Wow! That was a trip! Very much looking forward to the album now. I didn't know they released a video for it yet. The writing for the album took place very quickly (like a week if I remember correctly), but Tommy said it all worked out very well and I can see that here. If you want another great prog band, check out Scardust! Scardust's last album has each song dedicated to emotions just like this Seventh Wonder Album

Welcome to the prog power metalverse and we hope to see you reacting and analysing more of that high octave genre. Although i am straight and married, i have been following Tommy's work from the 2000's (Seventh Wonder, Ayreon, Kamelot). He is such a role model and should be an idol for any music fan,not in particular metal fan. Since you were amazed with Tommy, you should now have a listen to Symphony X and Russel Allen. You can start with the power ballad "Without you" kzbin.info/www/bejne/rovIXoOjnNZsers

Another good thing this band does is that they don't indulge in the "let's see how can tune instruments lowest possible" thing, they play with regular tuning instruments. That's the challenge, you have to be clever to make Standard E Tuning instruments sound heavy and powerful. That's half the fun of it. 💪💪🤘🤘🙏🙏

Dear Casey, i forgot to remind you, since you are getting interested in prog. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, listen to the whole album Mercy Falls. It is considered one of the best concept albums and a lifechanging experience. You will appreciate Tommy's voice and melody more, since he was not so affected much from the Roy Khan(Kamelot) style as you find in Testament.

Waooo!!!....Congratulations my friend Casey!! ...I want invite you to give us your opinion, like vocal coach, reacting to who is considered the best singer of the world...His name is Dimash Kudaibergen, a young singer who handle 7 octaves and 3 semitones of vocal range (An alien)...He has been singing since he was 5 years (he is 28 now) and he can sing in more than 15 languages...But if you decide to react to Dimash for the first time, please don't do it with his most recent songs ... I recommend that you go to the year 2017 and react to the song that made him a global idol ... I mean the performance he did of the famous French song called "SOS D'un Terrien en Détresse", when he participated in the famous Chinese reality show The Singer in that year 2017 ... With that performance Dimash earned the reputation of being the best singer on the planet, so I recommend you start with that one...You have to be prepared because you are likely to receive a flood of views, comments and new subscribers....And I have to give you a warning: Never react to The World Best videos, because they deceived him and treated him very badly.!...I hope to see you first reaction soon and if you don't mind, I'd like you to mention me as the person who recommended reacting to Dimash....Here you have the best high quality video of Dimash performing S.O.S. Live 2017.....kzbin.info/www/bejne/mHW7ZHmeot6Bl8U

Yeah I've been noticing there is this new generation of ROCKERS coming up that are bringing Rock Music to a more "positive" outlook on things (and also taking showers everyday LOL wow, look at you, nice fucking job LOL a weekly shower really makes a difference huh??? LMAOOO) It's about time that Rock fans don't have to be subjected to enjoy their music in dark, damp, disgusting places, like if we are criminals in hiding. 🙏🙏🤘🤘A new generation of soldiers that are not only Physically Strong but also MENTALLY STRONG 🙏🙏 That's what I want to see, people finding the best versions of themselves 💪💪Warriors on all fronts, excellence on all fronts

Most musicians now must have "real jobs" to exist as these men do. Blomqvist explained to me in 2008 how he engineers pacemakers(i work as an employee in cardiology) and Soderin is a chef and Tommy a firefighter. There music is an intense "professional hobby". Or maybe the "real jobs" are the hobby with the requirement to be clean cut? I appreciate the image rather than the long hair disheveled look. Very persuasive too at a marketing level as although they are elite the band is real and not stuck up.
@senditkevin2 жыл бұрын
@@5zazen Yeah, the real job seems to be a thing now, but now I think Tommy is a full time singer in Kamelot and not a firefighter.
