To me. The best ones were Ryotaro Okiayu and Yuri Lowenthal. Special mention to the Latin Spanish voice: José Antonio Macías.

Y'know, I think I actually prefer Robert Belgrade and Chris Nelson to Yuri Lowenthal. Something about Yuri's voice/performance/wahtever doesn't really click for me.
