One more question is after merger Vodafone uses idea network there speed clicks 11-12 Mb/s but why idea has only 6-7 Mb/s..when network is same why speed difference is there,sandy just make clear of it,the same issue u can observe in trai speed test results in there website as comparing vodafone, idea speed is slowww...

Idea yet runs 2100Mhz on 3G?? Dunno why 3G exists in 2019 there is a backhaul of 2G if 4G has issues..and sandy do tell us what frequency idea uses out there moreover 1800 is majorly used or 2300 mhz,is 2500Mhz band been deployed or delayed..2G operates in 900/ or 1800 mhz in idea out there.. As Vodafone recently stops its 3G/2G completely in my state,and what they did is merge network with idea 2G and 4G.. 3G is gone perfect.. but 1800mhz is the only source yet the hold 2500 is yet not available.

Need your help... Having serious network issues on idea network in my area since last 2 weeks. The network is completely down (Only getting 2G) indoors/outdoors and the customer care is clueless. Many customers in my area facing the same issue. Idea network has been the best in my area, Better then Jio and now there is absolutely no 4G at all. In my family itself, we have 4 active idea connections and all having same issue. Zero 4G network. Can you please do something about it so the network is restored back. The customer care did tell me there is some technical issues with the nearest site but it's yet to be resolved by the network team.

@@TECHNICALSANDY143 thanks. Update : no 4G yet. still network down. Only 2G network presently available. Also callers who call me are hearing my no is switched off / busy on other line or out of coverage despite full 2G network. Even the nearest retailer confirmed there is network issue and he is also getting complaints from several customers in my area.

@@TECHNICALSANDY143 Yes. same issue on all 4 idea connections. I'm not sure if this is something to do with network integration but for sure signal isn't strong at all from the site. Just getting weak 3G.

@@TECHNICALSANDY143 Was told there is a technical issue & network engineers will fix it asap. Yet not resolution. I don't mind they doing network integration or upgrading the network but the customers are clueless as what exactly is happening to the excellent network they have been providing over the years. I'm hardly able to use data services while calls are also not smooth either.

Ever compare idea store with Jio or airtel, idea store look like a chai tappri or Panwala. They are so small no spacious at all..for that reason people hesitated to visit rather they complained through CC, and the worse thing is idea customer care are more trained to speak in local language..if the user dont understand local language they dont speak in English because they are not used to it.. A good customer care is base, idea cc has lot of abusers and more likely they simply denied of having issue..although I'm a idea users like 7+ years but happy with services, no fake deduction or so like in airtel but yes have trouble speaking to customer care they are rough to speak,else they react like having all burden of company are in there head..lol Definitely I will do a recording of idea vs Jio customer care comparisons..how polite are they even though they are adding millions every month.. That's the only demerit of idea for me..

B& B i think log apna time nikalkar agar kisi gallery me jaate hai to problem ko solve karwane ke intention se jaate hai naaki gallery ka space bada hai ya chota oos intention, but i agree with you, gallery should be spacious

@@TECHNICALSANDY143 yes,but atleast a gallery should hold 8-10 people at a time..but idea have only 2 seats and no space for even stand have to wait outside till the people inside it get out.gallery is not the real issue, as I can chat talk but the major depression is customer care..please ask your teams or company to hire good educated people,rather so much of ego,and I'm not talking of one but almost every one out there..till they fix that idea is good in every point..atlest better then airtel but they need to learn from Jio !!!

Bro sandy i have nearly 10 years exp but that i don't know there is issue like mo/mt due to m-tilt e-tilt if u don't know about call drop and call blocking properly don't make a fake condition to all. i know that you want to earn money from you tube but don't play with you and other, you don't know even what is ohs who give you permission to go site without helmet and sefty kit, you are playing with rigger also may be,
