Mohsin has a psychopathic disorder. He should be treated in a correctional jail. Fatima should ask for a divorce, (and not khula) with monetary compensation. In Khula she won't be getting any kind of indemnity against the losses she has suffered and future liabilities for her son. Physical abuse committed by men on women or both parents on a child is an inexcusable crime and punishable by law.

If she had/have the fear of Allah, then she must adopt the dignified way to end her relationship. The provision is already give in both our religion and Pakistani laws. In Islam, it is clearly mention that husband is not allowed to beat the wife at her face or any soft parts. And it is allowed only extreme conditions like if the character of a wife is suspected, and this is also the last stage, first verbal advice then separate from bed, then if she don't understand then beat and that is also not allowed to be so hard. Please counslt some scholar then narrate your point. I am not supporting the way of defaming this women to her husband. She is going at extreme level. Like using Quran in whole.matter and blaming husband on media and all that If she is not happy, she should separated, but to take a revenge, she is crossing all limits. She use quran to oath against her husband. It's better that she read Quran and ask help from ALLAH to show his husband the right path and divert him towards her side and ALLAH PAK definitely bless her. سب جھوٹ بول رہی ہے۔ اور ہماری بے وقوف عوام ایک سائیڈ کی سٹوری سن کر اس کو سچا مان کر اپنے اپنے فتوے لگا رہے ہیں۔۔ اصل بات کی تکلیف اس کو ادھر سے ہوئی جب محسن نے دوسری شادی کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا کیونکہ یہ تو اس کے ساتھ رہ نہیں رہی تھی چار سال شادی کے عرصے میں صرف چار ماہ پانچ ماہ اس کے ساتھ رہی یہ بات خود یہ تسلیم کر چکی ہے۔۔ اب تم لوگ مجھے بتاؤ ایک ایسا مرد جس کے پاس پیسہ بھی ہو جوانی بھی ہو شہرت بھی ہو سب کچھ ہو تو اس کی بیوی اگر اس کو لفٹ نہ کروائے اپنے والدین کے گھر رہے اور وہ ادھر اکیلا رہا ہو تو وہ باہر نہیں جائے گا؟؟؟ اس دور کے اندر جدھر بے حیائ کا سماح ہے اور یہ میڈیا کے لوگ جدھر لڑکے لڑکیوں کا ملنا اور گھومنا ایک عام سی بات ہے وہاں پر جس کو گھر سے سکون نہ ملے تو اس کے دل میں کوئی غلط خیال نہ آئے یہ ہو نہیں سکتا یہ ایک فطری بات ہے اور کوئی بھی مرد یہ دعویٰ نہیں کرسکتا کہ اس کا دل غلط جگہ پر مائل نہیں ہوگا کیونکہ نہ تو آج کے دور میں کوئی ولی ہے اور نہ کسی کا اتنا ایمان مضبوط ہے کہ وہ گناہوں سے پاک ہو۔۔ یہ ہوسکتا ہے کہ محسن نے بدتمیزی کی ہو یا اسے مارا ہو لیکن اس حد تک نہیں ہے جتنا اس نے بیان کیا ہے کیونکہ اگر اس حد تک موسن یہ کرتا تو یہ ایک عام لڑکی نہیں ہے بلکہ میڈیا سے تعلق رکھتی تھی اور نیوز اینکر بھی رہ چکی ہے اور اس کی بہن بھی میڈیا میں ہے تو یہ کبھی یہ سب کچھ برداشت نہ کرتی۔ ابھی یہ سب الزام اس لیے لگا رہی ہے اسکو پتہ لگ گیا ہے کہ محسن دوسری شادی کر رہا تھا تو اس سے برداشت نہیں ہوا بلکہ ہمارے معاشرے میں آج کل کے دور میں کوئی بھی عورت یہ برداشت نہیں کر سکتی کہ اس کے شوہر کی کسی اور جگہ شادی ہو بیشک وہ اسے اہمیت دیتی ہو یا نہ۔۔ تالی ایک ہاتھ سے نہیں بجتی دونوں ہاتھوں سے بجتی ہے اور گھر توڑنے میں بھی دونوں کا ہاتھ ہوتا ہے ایک ہاتھ سے نہیں توڑا جاتا۔۔۔اس نے اس کو اتنی اہمیت نہیں دی اور اپنے والدین کے پاس رہی اور دوسرے لوگوں کو اہمیت دی ہے ان کی باتیں سنیں ۔پھر جب محسن اکیلا زندگی گزار رہا تھا تو لازمی بات ہے ہے اس کا دل کہیں اور جانا تھا۔۔ لیکن غلط صرف دونوں یہ کر رہے ہیں کہ اس رشتے کی تذلیل کر رہے ہیں اگر تمہاری ایک دوسرے سے نہیں بنتی اور بقول فاطمہ کے اگر یہ شخص ایسا ہے تو تو شریعت کے مطابق سے علیحدگی اختیار کر لیتی بہت پہلے۔۔ ایسے اس رشتے کی تذلیل نہ ہوتی اور ایک دوسرے کے اوپر بدکاری کے الزام نہ لگاتے جو پوری دنیا کے سامنے آچکے ہیں۔۔ان کا بچہ جب بڑا ہوگا تو اس سے طرح طرح کے سوال ہوں گے کہ تمہاری ماں بد کردار تھی یا تمہارا باپ بدکردار تھا اس کے دوست سے طرح طرح کا مذاق اڑائیں گے۔ لیکن یہ بات ان کی سمجھ میں نہیں آئے گی۔۔ پاگل لوگ ہی ایک دوسرے کو حقوق نہیں دے سکے اور دنیا والوں سے حقوق لینے چلے۔۔ یہ دنیا والے آپ کو کوئی حقوق نہیں عزت نہیں دے سکتے یہ اور تذلیل کرتے ہیں جن لوگوں کو نہیں بھی پتہ ہوتا ان کے بھی آپ کے بارے میں بتاتے ہیں۔۔۔ ان کا کیا ہے یہ تو الگ ہو کر پھر اپنے اپنے دوست بنا لیں گے اور وہ بچہ بڑا ہو کر ایسے گھٹیا سوالوں کا نشانہ بنے گا
