They are from Indonesia, and "baceprot" means "noise" in their language. I've found some translated interviews, and as I understand it they have endured a lot of hate, harassment, death threats and vandalism for the music they play. A mentor suggested they go around the haters and just ask God directly for permission to play music, thus this song.
