14 year old me couldn't get over the voice change and ignorantly dropped the show I was passionately in love with from the get go. 18 year old me, after watching some clips of the characters(especially Lloyd) just talking and goofing around in their voices and new designs, got motivated to give the show another shot and now really appreciates all the love and dedication you guys put into it. BEST DECISION I'VE EVER MADE SINCE FIRST STARTING TO WATCH. Best voice actors out there. You guys seriously show everyone how it's done. And my deepest condolences for the loss of the fantastic Kirby Morrow. May his memories and insane talent live on through the show and its new generations of fans. I can't believe i've been away too long to even be aware of this until recently... Still I am proud and happy to say that I grew up with your voices. I felt the same way about the voice change. Especially since S7 was the latest released season when I finished the series, and didn't get back into it until right before Dragons Rising was released. So I was fighting tons of nostalgia, especially since Lloyd was my favorite character. I was really upset for a while, but I slowly started getting used to his new style and voice, and he's still my favorite character to this day. Sam Vincent does an amazing job and now I can enjoy both versions of Lloyd. I'm so glad I stuck with it.

In all honesty, I think you gave Lloyd more emotion, character, and seriousness than ever before and it's all for the better! This whole video's just got me increasingly more and more excited!! Like, what?!? Sam is friggin' awesome, man. So much character pushed into these ten minutes alone, so he's a ton of fun, and to hear a bit of his story is super hope-restoring, I think. If I interpreted right, he wanted to audition for Ninjago, wasn't able to for not being in town, failed his first big Ninjago audition, and then totally got the main character! That is so wicked cool! And I'm fairly certain I made a very undignified squeak/snort when he started listing off other shows he was doing, I think it's just awesome. Awesome, dude, this is so cool. I have most definitely missed watching the channel, and these interviews especially just make my days so much better. I'm learning things left and right and having a blast! Thanks for your dedication, Brent!

Personally, I think the whole Lloyd/Harumi thing is complicated if you think more about it and he is sometimes too much of a nice guy and forgives easily (why can't those events just be erased..) But I am getting of point! That interview was a lot of fun to watch, sure made me happy! Your camera was just too excited and couldn't stay sharp. ;D Also we got some singing too! Awesome!
