Sun Wukong is actually two monkeys: the Lingming Stone Monkey and the Six-Eared Macaque. They are two sides of the same personality. The Lingming Stone Monkey is very adorable, with a cute appearance and very friendly behavior. Maybe a little naughty, but he gives people the feeling of a well-behaved boy next door. While the Six-Eared Macaque is a calm and cold professional killer. They share the same personality, the same body, and have the same abilities. In Journey to the West, the Lingming Stone Monkey finally killed the Six-Eared Macaque, but many people think this is just a plot to deceive others. The Six-Eared Macaque couldn't have been killed because he and the Lingming Stone Monkey were originally one. The point is, Mark is very much like the Lingming Stone Monkey, He might be the reincarnation of the Lingming Stone Monkey.

This is very cool lore! I love it! I'm very Lingming Stone Monkey most of the time I think. But don't make me angry, or the Six-Eared Macaque might come out to play 😈😂 (Not really though...)

@@marktakeshiota This is the reason why Sun Wukong's master, Patriarch Bodhi, stopped teaching him skills halfway. He liked this little monkey very much. But when his power grew to a certain stage, he observed that a new personality began to awaken in this monkey. However, Patriarch Bodhi didn't expose it. He just expelled him from the school and cautioned: If you cause trouble in the future, never mention that you are my disciple. The Buddha Tathagata was also well aware of this. That's why he suppressed him under the Five-Finger Mountain for 500 years, and then made him convert to Buddhism and embark on the journey to obtain the scriptures. Midway, he put on a show, symbolically having the stone monkey kill the macaque to inform the world that Buddhism had been purified. But in fact, they are symbiotic, living and dying together, and cannot be eliminated separately. So, after the task of obtaining the scriptures was over, the Buddha Tathagata still didn't remove the tight band on the monkey's head because he knew the truth: The Six-Eared Macaque would never die. This is the reason why the story of Black Myth begins: because of that tight band. In the story of Black Myth, players not only resurrected the Great Sage Equaling Heaven, but actually also resurrected the Six-Eared Macaque. The relic you obtained at the end of the first chapter is a divine bird with two eyeballs. In the later chapters, you will obtain relics with multiple holes, multiple tails, and multiple heads, which represent the contradictions and multiplicity of Sun Wukong. This is also the reason why this character has been widely popular for thousands of years, because this multiplicity is actually human nature. Maybe these background stories can help you understand this character more profoundly and enable you to better express his rich connotation in the future dubbing.

No worries. At the moment I don't practice outside of stream anymore, but I did a practice a little before I started streaming 😅. I'll be streaming Wukong on Wedneday this week. On Thursday I'm doing Great Ace Attorney, just fyi 😊 Oh and I'm still figuring out what stats to choose. It's fun to play around with them.

Of course he cannot comment on stuff like that. They have to officially announce such things. Companies won't hire people who leak information. But you won't see DLC till the middle of next year at the soonest. They have to make it first. So just relax and be patient. They made enough money 💰 you can bet there will be DLC. Hopefully they will have more voices lines to Dub. 🙏 but we will just have to wait and see.

Anyway here are a few tips: 1.Follow the rule of thirds(you can learn on KZbin) 2.Make the thumbnail simple and concise as possible 3.Shorten and enlarge the text.(eg: instead of writing voice of wukong plays wukong, add a larger and shorter text (with more readable font) you could go with something shorter and punchier like "Wukong VA" and an arrow to your face with the game/character as background image ) By implementing these tips, your thumbnails will stand out more effectively. Right now, viewers might scroll past your video without realizing you’re the VA for Wukong, especially since your content appears alongside many other videos. You have a lot of potential! Keep making great videos like this , Good Luck Brother!!
