The fact that they thought that he was using auto tune just means that they don’t know anything about music. If you’ve seen any of his other videos it’s clear that you wouldn’t be able to tune him he’s very well tuned all by himself. You can’t auto tune whistle notes. But that’s the smallest amount of what he has in his tool kit. Anyhow, he showed the world

Gabriel's is a outstanding singer he always gets comments it's on auto tune or pre recorded but as you can see or hear it's perfect vocal abilities we all know that he's my best male vocalist by far

If he has a flaw it is not that he is using auto-tune or pre-recording his vocals because that is clearly incorrect. His flaw is this....he lacks judgement in that he does too much for too little time highlighting his vocal chops much much more than serving the song by simply telling the story sincerely. You just don't show off all the vocal tricks in your book in a song. He has a tendency to do this even though I can't really blame him because he is targeting his audience which IMO are low brow listeners who demands (or expects) skill/chops much more than elegant sophisticated feel of the song's delivery better known in simple terms as CLASS! When he matures hopefully he will realise and ignore what the public wants and give to us what the song needs. (This message was approved by Julio Iglesias lol).

His album is more understated but vocally rich. AND...if any other instrument showed off their skills, we yell "Bravo". When a singer does it, some yell "Show off". Now, about that lowbrow comment...I am quite tall, so I object but also, Gabriel's fans don't insult others. This community is all about love.
