Bilobed placenta, developing fundal posterior extending up to anterior wall what is the meanning is it risky? 20 weeks now

A bilobed placenta is a placenta with 2 equal-sized lobes separated by a membrane. If it's in front of the uterus, close to the abdomen, it's known as an anterior placenta. These conditions are not risky. However, bilobed placenta doesn't occur frequently. Hence, if any patient is showing this, it is always good to consult an experienced doctor.
