These plants are mimosa family. These trees have certain species that can be grown in pots eg. leucaena - river tamarind, white siris tree - albizia, ghaf-shami, Persian silk tree. These trees are soil builders, and are fantastic to create reforestation projects in desert climates or degraded lands to bring back fertility and organic matter. They produce amazing flowers and are fantastic if you have livestock or pets such as rabbits very good forage species. fast growing to increase biomass organic matter for mulching in your pots. They are also good for timber. I also want to add they do not need a lot compost in soil as they are legumes produce their own nitrates, just some left over tea or other kitchen waste compost is more than enough. I am from India but live in UAE, this plant grow in the wild in desert its a national tree in UAE. I have this in my garden.

Since last one year I have this plant,is in good health,is in clay pot around 6 inch. Have not used except for vermicompost and banana peel liquid fertiliser. Once pruned in Feb. It is very hardy plant,is located in full sun and so far no pest.

As seen from the video you first pruned the plant then after leaves came out , you started repotting in a large. So is there any time gap to be followed after prunning for repotting in a larger pot, or can it be done simultaneously at one go?
