@@eshen147 I am not at all familiar with the show or books, but I would think the dragon should be able to use its other senses and alert the rider to the direction of the one they are fighting. They are large animals and would be noisy. And probably smelly.

Obviously not every kid that gets bullied will end up lashing out; in this case he WAS shamed several times throughout the series at this point and shame CAN warp someone's mind and without proper support can lead to what happened in the show. Objectively, aemond is shown to be shamed several times throughout the show "the pink dread", the loss of the eye, and what happened in the brothel are a few examples I can think of off the top of my head. He receives no true love or support from his mother or late father.. I mean, fuck, look what happened with Luke and vhagar. I understand part of it was ptsd on vhagars end but my point remains.
