Voices from Leek

However, time for a little more protest.
In light of our glorious 'leaders' ' inability to be bothered to listen to the population of Leek they need to remember it's the 21st Century not the 14th. We don't tug forelocks and we don't obey without question.
What we expect from the giggling tyrants who jokingly call themselves public servants is to be listened to.
If they think that they can tick a box on their CVs by ignoring us, they'd better get ready to flourish those CVs at a potential employer because we don't want the bastards on our payroll.
We will be heard.

First off. Roundabouts are the UK's saving grace for driving on the wrong side of the road ;-) They're absolutely brilliant. Are we talking about the roundabout where the video was filmed? I just googled it. (the town does look very nice btw) Putting in a traffic light to service a 5 road intersection is frecking insane. Traffic lights work great when two roads intersect. Especially if they have 4 or more lanes. But, there? Yeah they'll be putting in another roundabout inside of 10 years

As with all political decisions (I'm in the States) follow the money. Your community needs to replace your council members ASAP. They are or have been corrupted.

Geez, if somepony tried to pull that on me and my local community I'd be bloody well banging down thier doors and giving them a bloody good verbal hiding, and making damn sure they where out of office during the next elections.
