Scott Labarre, World Blind Union (WBU) representative to the Accessible Books Consortium (ABC), and President of the U.S. National Association of Blind Lawyers (NABL), speaks to the inaugural session of the Marrakesh Treaty Assembly, at which member countries of the “books for blind” Treaty met for the first time. The Treaty boosts access to books for hundreds of millions of people around the world who are blind, visually impaired or have a print disability.
