What kind of medieval games are you playing with synth music?

@@arkainjalex12 This one isn't entirely about synth, I was imagining a setting with a planar portal or something like that. It would set a strange otherworldly ambience, that's how I feel it

@@arkainjalex12 Until You Fall is a VR fantasy game with a synth soundtrack. And it works perfectly for the distorted, almost alien enviornments of that game. So I think synth has a place in fantasy, if only to emphasize something being wrong, or not fitting in.

it works with medieval but not because medieval settings suit it. anything can work(not feel jarring) with anything. in extreme cases you need irony to make it work.
