I would like to say i think this character would more likely have a slight echo to their voice, added to the whisper, but depending on gender, if i was a girl, MAYBE, try to get a more girly vocal like ruby, but without the voicecracks into a whisper, but if more like a male, maybe a voice like YinYang from II, toning down the accent and into a whisper, without echo or with echo.
