im guessing that what happened here is dream figured he would probably accidentally fall into the void himself if he wasnt careful, so he kept the pearls in his inventory while making the trap and had the throw already planned out in the back of his mind

in minecraft death shuffle (a video dream and george did tgt last year) dream did the same void trap. george rememberit a nd knew that dream was digging to the bedrock so he told the others what he was doing

@@clubsign36 anyone with a brain will believe me. Also there are certain patterns in the series, such as dream always winning twice and losing twice. In addition, whenever he “outsmarts” the hunters, it’s cool but whenever they outsmart him it needs to be banned. He’s better off just admitting it is all fake,

@@shadowthehedgehog1015 abt that banned stuff, even dream hardly uses same traps again and again i dont remmeber him using any other trap/ways to fool the hunters except the boat/water bucket. So inreality its not "banned" its actually not using same tricks/traps again and again and ig ppl watch it for entertainment tbh as long it is making u laugh and makes u happy while clutching its all gud

@@clubsign36 I see the entertainment part but it’s just lying which is unnecessary. If he had said they were scripted then it would be fine. Also he does use the same traps again, he used the end crystal trap twice, although it didn’t work the second time. He also tried to go to the end city twice which didn’t work the second time as well. Speaking of that, why would he be trying to get the elytra if he didn’t have any fireworks. And if he really wanted to go, shouldn’t he have made his ship at the end of the island instead of right in the middle, which allowed them to catch him. And lastly, if he really wanted to get to the end city, then there id a glitch or something like that which will automatically teleport you to the end city from the portal (enter the portal from the bottom after getting rid of the lava, using a piston and ender pearl to be teleported to the end city from the stronghold) and dream knew about this technique. And yes, traps have been banned before, more specifically the hunters traps. When the hunters mushroomed the end portal, Dream said they had to ban that going forward in the aftermath video. When bad boy halo baited dream and killed him with his own end crystal, Dream said in the aftermath that that trick had to be banned going forward. He’s easily getting rid of competition.

@@shadowthehedgehog1015 well when ots 1v5 it makes sense to ban the traps make by the 5 ppl than the 1. Imagine the hunters making magic potions and spamming at him, and east win for the hunters, but wouldnt it be boring
