Smrdljiva Buba i only suggest using it if you have a stonecrusher with you or a light caster. If you have any of those then you can hit a DoT around 100k or up to 250k once it builds up.

Lightcaster Can Out Dps VHL on 600k+ Hp Monsters. Also if you measure the ttk vhl will win against a lot of monsters because of the ramp up time on SSOT (edit a lot of the monsters you would run into on a normal basis not insane hp bosses)

The DPS numbers I measured were against a 115K health boss. The DPS gap between the classes is less apparent when fighting lower health bosses, but, SSoT is still better.

pretty sure my point still stands here. ssot's damage is relative to the user. with the multiple combos u can pull off and the difficulty of the class, u might actually do less damage than vhl in certain cases. tho in the right hands, dps just goes up and up till u start dealing 50ks consistently, as youve mentioned.

Depends on the situation. I think after the rewrite SSOT will be dealing way more damage than VHL. SSOT also makes a great farming class. Which VHL can't do.

Xelsear actually 3 of VHL's abilities have relatively short cooldowns so it's not terrible at farming. My friend timed all classes going up mountdoomskull and VHL got second place only losing out to Abyssal Angel.

It depends on how you use a class. Dragon Shinobi can also deal 20k dot consistently. So basically no class is good and no class is bad. You can choose what you like. If you like to farm or you don't have money then you can get VH. If you have money you can get Light caster , SSOT etc. This game gives you equal chance ... Either you send money or you grind.

I disagree with this to an extent. There are definitely good and bad classes in AQW. For instance, Blaze Binder beats other classes for farming in many scenarios. The fact that it never misses makes it take a lot less time when farming compared to many other AoE classes. Similarly, StoneCrusher outclasses a lot of support classes because it does what those classes do and more.

CounterFactual that's what I said, that it depends on scenerio. Example- there are 5 monsters on screen with 1000 hp ...then VH or SSOT will take like 15 seconds whereas Blaze binder kills them in like 7 seconds. Another example- monster of 100000 hp.... Blaze binder will take forever whereas void highlord kills it super fast. So neither VH is better than blaze binder nor blaze binder is better than void highlord. Comparing of classes is useless , it's like who is better Roger federrer or Usain bolt. They both are better in their own field.

This guy: SSoT has actually pretty average survivability and poor mana management. Also this guy: SSoT is the best soloer in the game. Soloing is not just damage and time it takes you to kill weak boses that 70% of the classes can handle anyway. It's also surviving hard hitting bosses such as Archfiend Lord, Tibicenas, Aeacus, and the last couple of bosses in Tower of Doom. That included, VHL is still the best soloer due to his high health, great defense, good heal, hit rate debuff, and perfect mana sustain.

Hey Renegade, i was doing some testing on shadowlord, shadowrealm and dragonheart and the VL as it is now its just insane, with unarmed it does way more damage than blaze binder, an it has a 600 DoT, then I went to museum an equipped a spiral carve and i was hitting 4k on my auto attack on all 3 monsters when it activated Its just insane

honestly, I still rank vhl higher just on the basis that whilst difficult to farm and less potential for massive nukes I just prefer the class being hard to get but free rather than being 6000 acs or roughly $20 this from a (mostly) f2p player so take that with a grain of salt or with a ton i don't really care

Void Highlord is way BETTER than ShadowStalker, reason is VHL is a spamming class, no combos needed and the job is already done SSoT requires building up your damages, which is INSANELY IMPOSSIBLE when you accidentally misuse the combo. I NEVER could get a DoT higher than 20k and I'm using the combo 5-4-2-3-2-2-5-4-2-3 Like literally SSoT is insanely hard to use which will make most players just throw it away and hate it, meaning that VHL is the best choice no matter what.
