At first I thought AFO and the league were very out of character(which they are but I don’t mind), however the more I thought about it it actually makes sense that AFO wouldn’t judge someone based on their quirk or lack of one. AFO has a potentially limitless access to a wide variety of quirks(which he could give or take as he please) so it makes sense that he’d judge people more on their character and intellect rather than whatever their quirk can do

I don’t think it’s been established. There are hints of potential ships with Izuku and some girls like Ochako, Mina, Jirou, and so on. However I’m starting to doubt we will get either a pairing or a harem in this series.

You don't need a ship or even a harem to enjoy a story. Honestly, in my own opinion, harems ruin good stories, and while romance can make a story better, not if the story is just about the romance.
