Yesterday, this Sinne Eeg suddenly popped up in my KZbin. Never heard of her. Started the video... the moment she started singing shivers went all over my body... gorgeous. I’ve heard Sinne’s version a while ago, just decided to share my comment. Need to admit that this song is not that easy for a live performance. The performance has a hint of familiar Danish jazz singers (Ceacille’s). The piano lines are very unique to the Nordic jazz school (combined deep classic roots and jazz influences at it’s best). Written back in the 70s when they only had records and radio and the lyrics sold the song. But now you can flick from song to song in an instant. And it's all in the beat these days to sell the song. Quick catchy stuff. So the lyrics have suffered badly.
