Dr. Ruben Abati maybe comical & entertaining in the way he presents & also comments on the news. On the matter of Kiari though, Dr. Abati is a complete joke. How does he give such a lame excuse for Kiari’s incompetence. I mean, if Kiari has given his word that govt will achieve a target on oil production & he has failed, should all well-meaning Naija folk bot be demanding his resignation? So why is Dr. Abati offering this joker’s excuse to try & absolve Kiari?
