Volcano Bay At Capacity/We Lost A Tapu Tapu In The Lazy River

Today we went to Universals Volcano Bay in the morning during early entry for annual pass holders and resort guests. Regular entry was at 10. Wen we used our Tapu Tapu's for Krakatau- it was already a 145 minute wait! We passed the time by getting in the lazy river, and the wave pool. While we were in the Lazy River, Nadia lost her Tapu Tapu. Someone gave us a Tapu Tapu that they found in the lazy river- but it was not hers. We were able to go to Concierge though and get her another one!
We recommend Talking to a Team Member by the lockers because the Concierge hut (mostly for renting cabana’s) had a VERY Long line. To our Surprise-her Krakatau reservation time was still on her Tapu Tapu! We swam in the Wave Pool at Waturi Beach and were able to see everyone wave their arms when the waves were about to start. As we were leaving we noticed a sign that said Volcano Bay has reached Capacity and that re-entry was not available.
We had a great time with our family!
