One of the great things about Fafnir is that.... hes optional! Only one of his sets is really all that great. Just spend all your Orange Essence on Thor pieces, and each one is like 6 Faf10 runs! Zeus and Heavens above sets are pretty decent too, but you only need so many Heavens, and Zeus is usually outdone by Windwalker anyway. The rest are basically crap.

Yeah, crit dmg is the best set, specially for Wukong.

I mean the other relics there can be used, just need to know what character to use them on and how to use them. For example Laura(Neith) Snow Dowager is the best on her which you get from fafnir. Just be patient more units overtime will require the sets you get from there.

200 spd all units easy 100% if you skilled up gab. Also you have the right mindset for lynn. If you can get lynn with 200 spd 80% min (100%) crit, 250-300 min cdmg i think this run will become super fast. Lynn has 280 % multiplier + 30% dmg dealt if crit. And lastly speed tune it the way that the tankiest gets cced by faf boss though this step is basically just the polishing. Rng tangyun < Fully built Lynn.

Or you can use a slow speed team for less investment 4 supports (berenice, clara or heung yue or catherine, meredyth or chang pu, and gaby) and a tang yun for dps Tang yun need 20k hp to outlive the burst and all you need to do is go into your settings to focus the benediction crystal, the right one, I've got a 90-95% winrate with an average of 4:45min

@@JE-dm9bs And I'm trying to make f2p people use less resources since they are so scarce, with that sort of team you don't need to +15 anything and it's still viable as long as you can survive the burst on your tang yun. I just wanna say that there's not just the "break the 12hit shield" strat to beat that boss and Volkin didn't talk about that or didn't knew it. As long as you can use a purifying esper in the "clara/heung yue/catherine" slot you should be good to go 👍

I use a different approach if you have hades you can ignore the multi hit stuff. I have 3 tanky healers medium speed around 160 2 dps one faster 188 no counter attack and my Hades at 120 speed on counter attack. Hades keeps the boss buffs off which means no health reduction so having 3 healers will not lose effective healing and Hades won't get 1 shot so I just let him take the freeze since he is slower and on counter he almost always takes the freeze. Just seems to work and the speed rolls don't matter so I like this set up better. About 90% success (rare loss when my other dps gets frozen) rate biggest draw back is time takes about 4-5 minutes depending on damage rolls (oh and being lucky enough to have Hades to strip buffs and tank the freeze hit).

I legit can't be bothered to farm fafnir if it takes 4-5 minutes per run. Even at 3 minutes thats too long. A multibattle taking 45-50 minutes is just absurd to me. Good thing fafnir relics are completely unnecessary

Yeah you won't need Fafnir gear until you reach End end game tho 😂 So don't worry about Fafnir for now. I'm level 60 with 3 weeks in and I'm still barely farming Fafnir at all (I STILL need to get my units stronger to farm it at a reasonable rate). Kronos and Apep is where it's at for a huge chunk of the game. Speed gear and Lifesteal gear basically being key.

Great team! However, you might wanna build crit rate on Tang Yun. His pursuit is based on his crit hits so the higher his crit rate, the more likely he is to trigger pursuit.

Thats only on skill three and he has elemental boon anyway. If your goal is a consistent clear then damage to optimize hits for the 35 cap without gambling on a 4 turn cool down for 1 guaranteed pursuit is a cost efficient investment since balancing in built cd/cr and atk is expensive.

@volkin Clara may not be that good if u don't kill the left crystal. reason being her cleanse is based off her passive that states she has to HEAL with her ability and healing for 0 does not trigger her passive

she's still good. her ult will remove the debuff instead but not heal and for her basic atk she will remove the debuff first then heal the ally. I know cause I use her on my fafnir 10
