I don't have Is normal thread Anticlockwise you take it off.... And clockwise you attach the fan

Does this mean that before installing the pump belt I have to move the flywheel to get the pump timing mark?

Yes on 2.5 tdi you have 2 timing marks on flywheel... First one is the Injection pump and the 2 nd one is TDC. 13 teeths and a quarter distance between them (Please use 13 and a quarter not 13 and a half teeth betwen them) ( engine rotation)

@@autohubpassionforcars i have two marks on flywheel the first mark with a white and other mark is big very visible that's what confused me. It's now 14 days trying to start the car and can't start

Meaning the big mark on my fly wheel is the tdc. To get injection pump timing I have to rotate the engine again to get to the injection pump mark.
