This was one of the best games i have ever seen in my life. Germany vs Holland 1990 WC had everything. It was fast, furious, superb passing and execution. This incident added spice to the drama. I remember watching it live with my Dad even though it was well past midnight in Mumbai. The golden trio of Gullit, Rijkaard and Van Basten were totally off colour in this world cup and i guess that explains Rijkaard's frustration. A big thanks to AhmedRashed76 for for uploading it.

This was the precise moment when Holland lost the game. The two teams were pretty even at the beginning (just look at the 1990 qualifiers) but, as much as I like Voller as a forward (he was one of the best of the late 80s) Rijkaard was pretty much the axis of the dutch team...and one of the top 5 players of Europe by that time, IMO.
