You should see her playing at the 2012 CEV Champions League and 2012 London Olympics. Her performance was jaw dropping and I never saw such a perfect all around player in my life. She was not only a star spiker but she was also amazing in defense, blocking and even in serving. Too bad she's Korean. She's the most perfect all around player I have ever seen. With her talent she should have been on the Olympic podium ages ago.

This comment sounds like a double-edged sword. I feel like knowing how proud she is of her heritage, it's a bit rude to say "too bad she's Korean." If she read this comment, she'd be like "thanks for the compliments. they're all true except for the 'too bad I'm Korean'. It has been an honor to play for Korea." The last line is literally what she said when she said she was retiring from the national team.

It is not easy to be in the 4th place at the Olympic (twice) but yes it will be perfect if she won something like Olympic medal or throphy, but hey she is MVP at the London Olympic. Anyway Let us see, what will happen to Korean team left by the great KYK.

I’ve started watching her performance when I accidentally watched the CEV Championship of Fenerbache vs. Canes 2012 and it’s superb! I’ve never been hooked to a player this much. Indeed the legend! Still, no one liked her, some players’ good in attacks but not in receiving specifically floor defense! Still waiting for the Tokyo Tokyo Olympics performance! 👌

I agree. Kim does her job perfectly in any team, but honestly her Turkish club performance is much more enjoyable to watch. Kim is the only golden player in her national team and it's painful to watch Kim struggling to do everything herself because of her poor teammates.
