Taylor Peters Learn how to do ballet leaps and focus on reaching a height goal- that helped me a lot with my jumps. Before you know it you'll be blocking too!

I'm Mr. Ritual, before every serve, (either on the way or during the 8 seconds), 4 spins around the back, 5 bounces, and a spin with backspin to land in front, catch it and smack both sides of the ball, then I serve..

Roger Brown me too but I NEVER do it on the way. It's the hit bounce thing, spin in my left hand x2 then an extra long spin in my right then two short ones in my left. With beach it's the same except I just smack the ball instead of bouncing
