What sets did Carambula/Rossi run? How would you categorize them?

They run a lot of tempo with misdirection. If there were 3 levels past this video that would be their offensive design. :)

how do you define beginner and intermediate? A mid B rated player for instance?

I would say that’s up to you but I think it’s safe to follow the beginners sets and once you feel comfortable you can start adding to your Arsenal.
