I always thought we had great hotdogs in the US (I’m a baseball stadium goer) until I tried the way they do hotdogs in Mexico and specially in Guadalajara, that bacon, tomato, onions and sour cream it’s jus fire.

@@VolpeDrunkandHungry Tijuana style tacos and street food is the best Mexican food I've ever had. You definitely need to check out Tijuana. Tijuana is the HUB for all street food from all over Mexico. It's the product of all the transplants from within Mexico that settled into Tijuana and gave it their blend and style for food. Also the Caesar salad was invented in TJ. You can also visit Puerto Nuevo which is a couple of minutes South which is a hot spot for everything Lobster and Sea food. When I went to Mazatlan Mexico my favorite thing to eat there was the bacon wrapped Hotdogs with pico de Gallo and all the toppings. There was a stand at the door of the Hotel and I ate at least one a day. Sooo good. In AZ they call it a Sonoran dog.

Sorry to break you a harsh truth but if you've ever eaten out anywhere that's literally any where that's not your house you've eaten food that's been in a place with either roaches, rats, flies and other unknown thing. This goes in any country in any restaurant. That's why there's nothing like eating in your own home.
